Your role & missions
You will be in charge of leading the mobilized teams, controlling, planning and coordinating the work.
You will work on a daily basis on site with a team of technicians, subcontractors, partners … which you are in charge of.
Your responsabilities
You ensure the good operation of the sites and the management of the subcontracting teams mobilized in compliance with the rules of safety, quality and deadlines (contracted). You are responsible for the quality of execution of the sites and the resolution of non-conformities while respecting the allocated budget.
Your missions will
be as follows
– Preparation of work sites (human and technical resources)
– Mobilization and demobilization of all means
– Execution and management of work sites
– Participate in site meetings
– Coordination of all the activities and the participants on site
– Respect the initial schedule
– Formalize all documents for the finalization of the site file (DOE, filing, archiving …)
– To be a force of proposal in the implementation of tools, process to the service of the quality of management of our building sites.

Your qualifications
You have at least a professional degree in electrical/civil engineering, and your technical expertise allows you to manage a team of specialists in the trade.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction field and you have already managed teams and subcontractors.
You are recognized for your ability to manage projects in total autonomy, your sense of service and customer satisfaction as well as your adaptability and team spirit.
