Your mission

Contribute to the company’s growth by supporting sales development activities: Promote and ensure the marketing visibility of the Company and the Hydrelio® system.


Your responsibilities

From the offer to contract completion, and throughout the life of the contract, you will :

  • Assist the Sales Developer with day-to-day commercial tasks.
  • Ensure sales administration, in liaison with other departments and in compliance with processes (confidentiality agreements, endorsements, pricing changes, overruns, invoicing, etc.).

Your tasks

  • Sort and arrange the various documents received from the customer according to a precise nomenclature in order to best assist the sales department with rigor and structuring.
  • Update the various marketing materials used to promote Ciel & Terre (products and services), from modification to translation of the various elements.
  • Prepare quotations, sales contracts and administrative documents relating to customer relations, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
  • Respond to customers’ needs, send out company documents and prepare preliminary renderings meeting customer requirements adapted to the site.
  • Assess new requests and liaise between teams.
  • Collect project information and enter it into the sales tool (CRM).
  • Collect relevant data and provide sales support to the technical team in terms of understanding customer needs, prepare contract proposal.
  • Update customer data (accounts, contacts, opportunities, prices, delivery dates) in the sales tool (CRM).
  • Take part in the EMEA subsidiary’s marketing projects in collaboration with the Ciel & Terre International marketing & communication team (creation of documents, communication newsletters).
  • Answer the telephone (in French and English).
  • Follow up customer invoicing and payments in conjunction with the accounting department.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in technical sales or international business management. You are looking for a work-study program for 1 or 2 years, as part of a Master’s degree in Management, International Management or International Negotiation.
