To remain a leader and a driving force in this segment, Ciel et Terre is looking to strengthen its teams with new talents, ready to join a young company in full expansion to transform the global energy mix.
Your responsabilities
Reporting to the Management, your role will be to find financing to develop projects and raise funds to finance the Group’s growth. You will bring your expertise in financial management to a more global and strategic vision (strong project dimension).
Your missions will
be as follows
Develop the annual investment goals/targets that complement the strategic direction of the Company.
Lead and manage the negotiation and closing of project acquisitions and/or investments project acquisition; manage and oversee all related transaction due diligence.
Lead project financing, debt sourcing, and tax equity initiatives.
Function as the key stakeholder in management of portfolio- and corporate-level debt facilities.
Support Development, Project Finance, Offtake and Legal teams in the analysis and negotiation of key financing arrangements (sponsor equity, debt, tax equity, joint ventures, joint development
agreements).
Full time contract to start ASAP

Your qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics, MBA highly preferred.
Min 10 years of experience in Finance and Investment.

Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment experience in the renewable energy industry or in Property or in Construction.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, financial modeling, and investment structures.
Must have experience leading and taking full accountability for company corporate finance, project finance and project debt/equity.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
