Your mission
Responsible for the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of floating solar projects (contracts) in collaboration with other C&T services (PMO, R&D and Procurement).
Your responsabilities
You ensure the coordination in between all project team members and all project stakeholders. You oordinate the studies and the works on site required for the project realization. You manage the client relationship during all the project realization.
Your missions will
be as follows
- Define the project objectives (quality, cost, delivery) as per contract requirements
- Undertake contract review with Head of Project and the sales team before contract signature
- Establish and manage the project team
- Plan all activities required to provide all the contractual services included in the project
- Supervise completion of all internal activities related to the project: internal design studies, procurement, subcontractors consultation, contracting and follow up, quality control, construction, …
- Approve with Head of Project all costs related to the project
- Ensure the client invoicing
- Follow-up and ensure respect of project schedule and budget on a monthly basis
- Proceed with monthly project reporting
- Identify risks in regard with the project and suggest solutions to mitigate or neutralize them
- Propose any process improvement for “Project Management Office” efficiency
- Ensure the project final acceptance by the client without any reservation (punch list cleared)

Your qualifications
- Engineer’s degree or Master of Engineering (general project management)
- Previous working experience as project manager
- Fluency in English
- Microsoft Office, Autocad or equivalent 2D CAO software (Draftsight)
