WE ARE LOOKING FOr Business developer

To join our Sales in Sarrebruck, Germany, we are looking for a Business developer, based in Sarrebruck. Ideally, the position would start on 01/12/2024.

Your main role as Business developer at Ciel & Terre

As part of its development in Germany, Ciel & Terre International is looking for a VIE profile (M/F), who will be based in SARREBRUCK under the responsibility of the Sales Manager EMEA and in collaboration with the Director of the EMEA subsidiary based in France. In your role of Business developer, you will be responsible for developing the German market. A 1 or 2-month training course in France is planned before departure for Germany.

Your missions as Business developer

Commercial prospecting:

• Identify and contact new prospects in target sectors.
• Qualify prospects and their needs up to the point of making an appointment.
• Present Ciel & Terre solutions.
• In collaboration with the Sales Manager and the EMEA Sales Team, prepare customer meetings.
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company’s products and services.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Write weekly prospecting and project progress reports.
• Analyze results of sales actions and propose adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with head office in France to ensure accurate monitoring of activities.
• Keep CRM tool up to date with sales actions undertaken.

Marketing support:

• Contribute to the development of communication and presentation materials.
• Help set up local marketing campaigns.
• Communicate regularly with head office in France to ensure accurate monitoring of activities.

Your profile

Your technical skills and expertise

As Business developer:

• You must be fluent in German, as well as French or English.
• You have a strong interest in sales/marketing and are good at interpersonal relations.
• Your appetite for renewable energies, customer care and loyalty, reporting and results orientation are essential qualities for this position.

Your academic & professional background

You have a 5-year degree from a business, engineering or university school, with at least 1 year's experience in a similar position.

Your human qualities skills are
