The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

Article 5 – Protection of personal data

Beforehand, it should be recalled that personal data are considered as being the object of the present protection, any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Thus, data concerning companies or commercial companies are excluded in principle.

Article 5.1 – Collection of personal data

When connecting to the Website, and depending on the services used, the User may be asked for a set of information concerning him/her (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, postal address).
The personal data collected are appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The information collected by the Sky & Earth, allows the User:

  • To benefit from a newsletter ;
  • To consult and apply for current job offers within the Company ;
  • To report any project for the installation of energy solutions offered by the Company and in particular to check its eligibility;
  • To be contacted by an employee of the Company in order to allow the study of the feasibility of the Customer’s project

Article 5.2 – Purposes pursued by the processing of personal data

In the context of compliance with the rules enacted by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) that came into force on 25 May 2018, the User is informed that all data collected are collected as part of an overall objective of improving the User and/or Customer experience as well as for commercial and statistical purposes that are framed and only benefit sister companies, the parent company, and/or subsidiaries of the Company, unless the Holder expressly objects to the DPO (data protection referent).
The data collected is not sold to companies or persons other than those mentioned above.
The data is used to answer questions from any User following contact via the contact forms to submit a project request, an application for a job offer published on the Site and a speculative application.
They also allow the integration of any User who requests it via the Site into the database used to send newsletters.

Article 5.3 – Security measures

Ciel & Terre guarantees to the User that all the partners with whom it is brought to work respect the principles enacted by the RGPD. The company has appointed a DPO (data protection referent) to ensure the correct compliance of its obligations. The data is subject to encryption in accordance with the RGPD legislation.

Article 5.4 : Rights of the User

As such, under the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) the User is informed of the various rights concerning his personal data:

  • The right to access and rectify his personal data;
  • The right to modify, or limit personal data ;
  • The right to be forgotten;
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data ;
  • The right to portability of personal data allowing the transfer of the latter on a usable medium to any person of their choice, upon request.

Any complaint can be brought to the control authority (CNIL today).
By the “Need help” service (https://www.cnil.fr/) which will allow you to access the complaint form at the bottom of an answer to a question.

The personal information collected is in no case entrusted to third parties except for the possible proper execution of the service ordered by the user.
The data collected is kept in an active manner, i.e. within an active system of exploitation of the latter for 3 years from their collection or their updating in order to allow the commercial follow-up or the taking of attachment within the framework of possible recruitment, but also the update of the file Client/prospect of the company.
Beyond this period, the data are kept in an inactive way (storage without treatment) during 3 additional years (that is to say 6 years in total) in order to make it possible to justify the rights and obligations of the company in the event of legal dispute and in conformity with the time limits of prescription of the civil actions.
