Business developer

What is the hiring process?

  • Once our HR team will receive your application, they will review your profile and contact you by phone for a first interview with the RH team. During this initial discussion, you may be asked to provide references. Our HR manager will also send you a personality test to take before the next stages.
  • If your profile is selected, the next stage will be an interview with the future manager. This will focus in particular on your career path, your motivations and your technical skills.
  • If the manager’s feedback is positive, a second face-to-face interview with the team or department manager/director will be organised as a final stage in the analysis of your profile.
  • If your application has been unanimously accepted, you will be contacted by the Human Resources department to share with you the offer and the proposition that will be sent to you.

Is there any onboarding process when we arrive at Ciel & Terre?

To better support you throughout your integration into Ciel & Terre, we have set up an Onboarding program. During your 1st day you will be welcomed with breakfast and an office tour. You will receive all your devices and accesses needed. Then in the following days and week, you will attend presentations about the company and the different departments. Depending on your new role, you can also have specific training. The Human Resources team will also closely follow your integration during the first 6 months.

Do you organise team-building events or activities?

At Ciel & Terre, we’re committed to strengthening team cohesion and sharing friendly moments with all our employees, both locally and beyond our borders. We organize a variety of team-building activities and events (digital and otherwise) throughout the year.

Do you have a co-optation program?

We have set up a co-optation program, also known as participative hiring. We are a constantly growing team, regularly welcoming new members to the Ciel & Terre family. Do you offer training?

At Ciel & Terre, we attach particular importance to the professional development of our employees. And that includes training! On the one hand, we have developed our in-house training program with the C&T Academy. This provides webinars on general and technical subjects related to our activities. On the other hand, all employees can submit requests for specific training for their job, which they will have to define with their manager and the HR team.
