Context
We’re looking for a student accountant to support some of Ciel & Terre Group’s international subsidiaries. The position is based in the Lille area, under the supervision of the Accounting Manager. You will be joining a team of 3 people.
Responsabilities
You will be responsible for the technical production of your business entities’s scope, and will back up the RAF on revision work.
You will manage your own work file and take part in closing work.
Main Missions
- Keep accurate and reliable accounting
- Meet deadlines set by all stakeholders
- Answer all administrative questions
- Participate in detailed analysis of business plans
Tasks
- Maintain and review the entities within your scope (all cycles)
- Manage internal re-invoicing
- Draw up all tax returns
- Optimize cost accounting
- Participate with operational teams in the financial preparation of photovoltaic projects under development (optimizing and securing BP)
- Manage your audit file and participate in reporting
- Help improve internal control procedures
Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a program such as DCG, DSCG, Master CCA.
You are looking for a 2-year apprenticeship contract, preferably to start in August or September 2024.
A first professional experience, ideally in an accountancy firm or in industry, in a 4 to 6 months internship in accounting would be appreciated.
Soft Skills
You are sensitive to or committed to renewable energies.
You enjoy teamwork and are known for your ability to work well with others.
Your agility, autonomy and pragmatism, particularly in the SME context, are assets that you bring to the table.
What’s more, you know how to maintain the utmost confidentiality in your work.
Hard Skills
You have a good command of IT tools and Excel.
A good level of English would be an advantage for this position.
