YOUR MAIN MISSION
We are looking for a Work Site Manager / Photovoltaic Works Supervisor (M/F) for our floating solar activities in France and Europe. You will work on a daily basis on site with a team of technicians, subcontractors and partners for whom you are responsible.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
You will be responsible for the smooth running of construction sites and the management of the subcontracting teams involved in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and contractual deadlines. You will be responsible for resolving any non-conformities within the allocated budget.
Your tasks
- Site preparation (human and technical resources)
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of all resources
- Execution and management of worksites
- Taking part in site meetings
- Coordinating all the activities of the people working on site
- Comply with the initial schedule
- Formalise all documents to finalise the site file (DOE, filing, archiving, etc.),
- To be a driving force behind the introduction of tools and processes to improve the quality of our site management
Your qualifications
You have a minimum of 3 years’ higher education and at least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, enabling you to manage your own teams and work with subcontractors.
As a hands-on person, you will be recognised for your ability to manage projects in complete autonomy, your sense of service and customer satisfaction.
This position requires you to be present in the field on a weekly basis.
